A distinguished figure in the healthcare landscape, she became a pioneering force in Geriatrics & Hospice, establishing Health Aim Inc. in 2004 to serve the discerning needs of the Bay Area community.​

Driven by an unwavering commitment to elevating healthcare standards, Dr. Purnima has served as a keynote speaker and panel facilitator at numerous local and international geriatric events, where she has shared her insights and advocated for excellence in elder care.​Throughout her illustrious career, Dr. Purnima has held esteemed positions as Medical Director across a spectrum of healthcare settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, Hospice, and Home Health Care.

 

Her decision to relaunch Health Aim Inc. this year, commemorating 20 years of steadfast dedication to healthcare excellence, is a testament to her enduring commitment to honoring her late parents' legacy. In addition to her pioneering work with Health Aim Inc., Dr. Purnima is the Founder & CEO of miHygge and a recent graduate in winemaking and wine marketing.
