Health Aim was launched in 2004 for senior citizens to receive Health & Medical care from Dr Purnima, a Geriatric Medicine specialist. The name was in honor of her preemie first born who was her inspiration! The company cared for Seniors/Aged/Elderly via visits in Office, skilled nursing facilities, Continuous care retirement, independent and assisted living communities, Hospice House, house calls, care homes, home care, home health care, Palliative care amongst others.

A full spectrum Geriatric Medicine specialty was the hub of Health Aim, from Geriatric Medicine to Hospice & Palliative Medicine and Post acute long term care medicine (PALTC) etc.
